Viewings


Viewings are the most important part of the sale process. We endeavour to ensure viewers are in a position to proceed, i.e. their house is on the market and they are serious about moving. If a house is on the market we would always encourage you to accept viewers as it may sell tomorrow or in a few months. All of our viewings are confirmed via telephone and email, with text reminders meaning we have a very successful attendance record.
